MIEMA hosted the InCLIMATE Intensive Course for students between the 23rd and 26th May 2022. The event was organised at the Valletta Design Cluster in Valletta, Malta.
Around 40 students from project partner universities attended the intensive course in Valletta. The course enabled participants to acquire interdisciplinary knowledge and skills in the fields of climate resilience, including urban and regional planning and policies, climate adaptation and mitigation, climate risk management, environmental and resilience assessment, energy efficiency and renewable energy. The overall result of the course was the application of an interdisciplinary approach that can result in more opportunities for research or employment and better professional placement both in the public and the private sectors.
